We can provide a full range of services to your Limited Company and it's directors, just complete the year end accounts and corporation tax return, or anything inbetween!
Compliance - every Limited company is required to submit year-end accounts to Companies House, and both accounts and a corporation tax return to HMRC. We can produce and submit these for you so you know you are always meeting your legal requirements and won't be subject to unnecessary penalty charges.
Advice - We can provide help and advice with many aspects of tax and accountancy.
Bookeeping - good books are the key to good information, which is the key to good decision making. We can help you keep your bookkeeping up to date, and look after your quarterly VAT returns to ensure that the returns are accurate and submitted on time.
Management Accounts - If your bookkeeping is accurate and up-to-date, we can produce monthly or quarterly management accounts to ensure that you know exactly where your business is. You can only plan and make good decisions for your business if you know it's current position. We can help to ensure you always have the right information at the right time to make the right decisions.
Payroll & CIS - Whether you run a single director payroll, or have numerous employees, we can look after your payroll for you. We are happy to run weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payrolls. We use an online portal for providing employees with payslips, which eliminates the need for paper copies to be sent out and means your employees will always have access to all their payslips. We look after all HMRC RTI submissions and can set up and look after an auto-enrolment pensions scheme with NEST, including sending the required letters to employees and completing the employers declaration with the pension regulator. We can calculate the correct CIS deductions for sub-contractors, butmit your monthly CIS returns to HMRC and issue deduction certificates to sub-contractors when required.
Registered Office / Company Secretarial - We can produce dividend minutes and vouchers, complete the annual confirmation statement and a number of other Companies House forms on your behalf. If you wish to use our office address as your registered office address this can be arranged and your company name will be displayed in our entrance hall on the ground floor to meet current requirements.
